All sales are final. We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than defective or incorrect merchandise.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at info@dingyunzhang.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and the packing/invoice slip

Our team will review your request and provide instructions if a replacement or refund is approved.

Non-Eligible Situations
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing purchased
  • Items that have been worn, used, or altered
  • Items not in their original condition and packaging
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Custom, handmade, or personalized products

Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are shipped or produced. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed and may not be possible during peak periods.

Shipping Responsibility
For approved defective/incorrect item cases, we will cover return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any damage caused during transit by the carrier.
